About this photo

Archaeologist brushing sand in a ruin. A character with average build with a slight stoop and careful hands, warm hazel eyes behind a headscarf, sun-reddened cheeks, focused mouth. Hair: short dark curls escaping a patterned headscarf. Wearing a khaki field shirt with rolled sleeves, a canvas satchel, a wide belt with brushes. Kneeling beside a half-buried carving, brushing sand away with a soft brush in a sunlit sandstone ruin with carved blocks, fallen columns and a tent in the distance, lit by harsh warm sun with cool shade under the ruined arch. Drawn as a clean anime illustration with cel shading and a restrained palette, composed for editorial and wallpaper use.
