About this photo

Kitsune shrine keeper at dusk. A character with tall and slender with long limbs and a straight posture, narrow amber eyes with dark lashes, high cheekbones, a calm closed smile. Hair: jet-black blunt fringe with two long side locks and one small braid tied with red cord; black fox ears with white inner fur. Wearing white haori with wide sleeves, deep vermilion hakama, red obi, tabi and wooden sandals, a silver bell at the collar. Sweeping the stone steps with a bamboo broom, sleeve lifted, looking back over one shoulder in a hillside shrine approach at dusk with stone lanterns, paper charms and cedar trees, lit by warm lantern glow from below mixed with cool blue dusk from the valley. Drawn as a clean anime illustration with cel shading and a restrained palette, composed for editorial and wallpaper use.
