About this photo

Sea witch with a lantern on a stormy pier. A character with tall with a slight stoop, long arms and webbed fingers, wide teal eyes with slit pupils, freckled cheeks, a crooked grin. Hair: long wavy black hair with small shells and green ribbon woven in. Wearing a tattered teal dress weighted with wet hem, a rope belt of corks, bare feet. Holding a rusted lantern high while the other hand pulls a rope, coat snapping in wind in a storm-battered wooden pier with moored boats, dark waves and rain, lit by green lantern glow on her face against deep blue storm light. Drawn as a clean anime illustration with cel shading and a restrained palette, composed for editorial and wallpaper use.
